Ingredients
  

  • 4 seer fish slices about 500–600 g
  • teaspoons red chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 –4 tablespoons oil for shallow frying
  • Few curry leaves optional

Step 1: Clean and Prepare
  1. Rinse the fish quickly under running water.

Step 2: Prepare the Marinade
